Fee Schedule

Review of records:            $400 / hour  - guaranteed estimate: see below

[An accurate estimate of the total amount of time required will be provided and agreed upon prior to reviewing data.  The actual amount billed may be less than than the estimated amount, but will not exceed that amount by more than 10%]

Expert Witness testimony:        $600 / hour

Whole day availability:               $5000 (typically 8-10 hours)

Hourly rate (routine phone conversations, data transfer, etc):     $50 per 15 minute block

Retainer:     All services require a 50% deposit.

Last minute cancellation of testimony / court appearance:     50% of the agreed upon amount for that service
(Cancellation of testimony / court appearance must be made in no less than five business days)
